 ANNUAL MEETING – MONDAY, May 15 2017 @ 7:15 pm

A short Special Meeting:

  • Seeking permission to initiate a process amending the Association’s status to that of an incorporated

not-for-profit organization. We could then proceed with the process, and necessary changes to our Constitution can be identified and proposed at a subsequent special meeting for that purpose.

The following Annual General Meeting agenda is in accordance with the Association’s constitution:

  1. Approval of minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting (on May 16, 2016)

  1. Report from the Treasurer, including financial statements

Agenda Item 5.  Proposed Nominees for the Executive Committee for one year, 2017-18

The Executive Committee includes: President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Treasurer,Membership Director, a minimum four and a maximum eight Area & Issues Directors. They must be members in good standing of the Association and elected by members of the Association at each Annual Meeting. The following Executive members are proposed for election:
